I had a great first experience here. They were able to get me in quickly as I had a lot going on and needed to get my brakes checked. They were timely and provided excellent customer service. The waiting area is also comfortable to be in during your time there. I’ll be a returning customer and highly recommended them!

I showed up first thing in the morning with no appointment due to a clunking sound on the drivers side tire and to get an oil change. JB made time to get my car in that day and called later to let me know what the issue was and confirmed he could get it fixed that day. I highly recommend this place and will be using this shop for any future needs. It’s so close to my work which is an added bonus.

My sister's partner recommended Autotrends when I had an odd noise coming from my car. They are friendly, honest, and very fair with their pricing. They also have a nice waiting room. Will be returning and would recommend 👍

I usually despise having to go to an auto body shop bc I feel they are just trying to take advantage and meet their quota. That was not the case with Auto Trends here in Greensboro. The manager and mechanic were friendly, honest, and very helpful. I would recommend to anyone and will continue to come back.

Good mechanical work and reasonably priced. Car exterior dirty at pickup as if driven through mud puddles. White mud splashed around exterior wheel areas, wheel arches, front fender and wheels. Sample photo attached. Registration card in glive box was found under front passenger seat after cabin air filter replacement.
